Custom Orders

I accept custom work on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact me at mermudstudio@gmail.com to discuss your idea!

Shipping

Orders take 2-3 days to be processed.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination via the USPS

Multiple orders placed during one restock will be combined, only if they are able to safely fit into one box. If you purchase multiple items, and they are able to ship in one box I will refund any overages back to you.

Made To Order/Pre Order Items take 6-8 weeks to be created and then shipped. 

Due to the global situation international packages can be delayed for 1-2 months or more. Because of this I cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages. Please only order if you are willing to wait and take the risk.

I am not responsible for any customs or VAT fees upon arrival.

Pick Up

If you are local to Westchester County, The Hudson Valley, or NYC area or are just passing through I do offer the option for pick up! You will see the pickup option at checkout below shipping options. 

Why do your prices change?

Prices are calculated based on the skill and techniques being use, as well as the glazes. Some pieces can require up to 8 layers of glaze vs another equal capacity mug that only needs 3.

Returns and Exchanges

Once my pieces leave my care they are they are no longer mermuds responsibility. I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature of ceramics. However, for online purchases, if your order arrives broken in the mail, please contact me within 48 hours of arrival and send pictures for a refund. 

Care instructions

All my ceramic utilitarian vessels are dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise in my listings. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your piece.
